Two days ago, I had the privilege of being part of the Progressive Leadership Conference and sharing a room with leaders, managers, and professionals who showed up to learn and think seriously about what it means to build better organizations.

The theme was simple and exactly right: business grows when people grow.

With Viktor M. we had the privilege of discussing the powerful marriage between human capital and digital innovation.

What struck me most wasn't any single talk or panel, but the energy in the room.

There were domestic and international voices, honest conversations about leadership, talent, AI, and the future of how we work, with a shared understanding that through all of it, people remain the real competitive advantage.

That's still the most practical truth in business, even if some gurus try to fight against it.

Thank you to the organizers for building a space where that kind of thinking happens. Grateful to every speaker and participant who brought something invaluable to the table.

Until next time, keep building.
