ScaleUP Bootcamp 2025
I’m live at ScaleUP Bootcamp 2025 talking about something unglamorous that quietly kills more scaleups than competition ever could: .
At our agency, we lived it firsthand:
One designer would email multiple people to approve a design… only for three people to weigh in on one version while another got missed entirely.
After some growing pains, we picked our tool of choice – Asana . But any similar tool works, as long as it’s your ONE source of truth.
No one should spend more than 5 minutes hunting for the info they need.
If you can’t make this work, your processes are inefficient.
The bigger lesson: .
Every repeatable process (new client, new deal, onboarding, campaign execution) should be documented so you never start from scratch (i.e. you save ).
When companies scale fast, knowledge fragments.
Information lives across email threads, people’s heads, and scattered docs.
In other words: .
Core idea: if your growth depends on people remembering things, not systems preserving them, you’re gambling.
The solution is a cultural overhaul that is much easier to implement while you’re still small.
Later today, I’ll cover something equally important: how to institutionalize innovation without killing creativity.
I’m already excited for the discussion that will follow.
