Moderator on SFEST2025
This past weekend, Mitko Andonov had the privilege of hosting (and participating in) two inspiring panel discussions at SFEST2025 in Strumica.
The first panel put together three Strumica locals with three very different paths, but with one message: success is possible from anywhere.
The discussion covered many topics, like:

→ Key challenges and motivations
→ Advice for the youth on skills, habits, and mindset
→ Building global careers while staying connected to home
It was an inspiring look at what’s possible when talent, dedication, and ambition come together.
The next day, we heard how art shapes communities and inspires social impact.
The conversation focused on:
→ The role of culture in society
→ How artists can be voices for change
→ How to make art a part of everyday life
→ How to engage and empower the next generation
The panelists shared touching personal stories of how art can inspire action and leave a lasting influence on people and society.
Both panels sparked meaningful dialogue, something that’s been missing from our everyday conversations.
We’re proud to see successful people sharing their experiences beyond the workplace and connecting with the community to inspire the next generation of leaders and creators.
