I went in for a 45-minute talk that turned into a 2-hour discussion.
Yesterday at the University of Economics in Skopje, we planned to talk about AI, business, and career development.
We ended up going much deeper - decision-making, growth, success, failure.
But this talk was different because of the students present.
Everyone contributed.
Everyone asked at least one question.
The discussion kept building with every new perspective.
I felt like I took away just as much from the session as (I hope) they did.
And in the end, this is what gives me energy - seeing people who are already thinking, questioning, and trying to understand how things really work.
I hope I managed to help, even a little, in some of the areas we touched.
And I’m sure this won’t be the last time.
