Participating in a workshop at Jane Sandanski high school

I had the pleasure of participating in a workshop at Jane Sandanski high school yesterday, engaging with 60 talented high school students. We tackled the imminent challenges in the dynamic landscape of marketing and promotion.

Invited to shed light on the mechanics of marketing, my objective was to empower these students with the ability to apply these strategies independently. I stressed that they possess the necessary resources and talent; they simply need to harness them effectively. Their ambition is to establish a journalism club, integrating photographers, copywriters, IT specialists, and marketers.

As someone who leads a team of 15 professionals at Eon Eden Marketing and oversees marketing for numerous companies in Macedonia and around the world, I shared my expertise generously. I found the influx of questions particularly rewarding. I thrive on curiosity—it’s the cornerstone of learning and growth. The most successful entrepreneurs are those who willingly impart their knowledge.

Our discussion also ventured into future trends, emphasizing the need for adaptability as numerous professions are set to evolve or vanish, especially with AI’s growing influence.

Given the limited time, we agreed to organize a more comprehensive session soon. I’m always eager to contribute, especially when it involves guiding our youth—our future leaders—toward success and positive national development.

Let’s all commit to inspiring and motivating the younger generation to be courageous and proactive in driving change. By sharing our insights and experiences, we can truly make a difference.
