Fun-filled team-building event for our friends at GLOBE LOGISTICS INC
As a representative of Eon Eden Marketing , I got to spice things up recently.
We cooked up an insightful and fun-filled team-building event for our friends at GLOBE LOGISTICS INC
Sometimes, team members get stuck in a cyclical loop of being uninspired and dampening the spirits of other coworkers. This is common, but definitely not good for anyone involved.
So, we had 3 tasks:
– Amp up the teamwork
– Amp up the problem-solving skills
– Amp up the bonds and collaboration
To do that, we threw in activities about pushing limits, thinking freely, and just having fun with the team. Team-building events that don’t focus on work tasks and simply aim to bring the group together work very, very well.
And it never ceases to amaze me how spending time together can strengthen the bonds between coworkers.
The team was super happy with how it turned out, and we’re revving up for an even bigger event next year.
